Each piece is made with great care using traditional techniques, making it unique. Due to the bespoke nature of our jewellery, we have specific policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to craft jewellery that is as special as you are.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Goods once sold cannot be exchanged or replaced, as they are made to order.

  • Custom-made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

  • Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Refund Policy

  • We do not offer monetary refunds in any case.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately via call or WhatsApp at +91 70146 18189 within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Email us at warqjaipur@gmail.com with details and images and videos of the damaged product.

  • If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement product, as per your preference.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Custom-made orders cannot be cancelled.

International Orders

  • Exchange and return policies do not apply to international orders.

  • All international orders are strictly non-exchangeable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

  • In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact our customer care team, and we will do our best to assist you.

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or charges for international orders must be borne by the customer.
